Training Provided

Our most popular services are facials, waxing, and massage, so we ask that providers be able to provide at least 2 out of 3 on a regular basis. 


Our metrics show that when providers are able to perform a variety of services throughout the day, they are more engaged and less likely to experience "burn out" from too much repetition. Even though right now you might have your favorite niche, training will be provided to ensure your work meets our standards of excellence, and offers you a strong foundation for a long and fulfilling career. 


After perfecting your craft, you'll be able to train other members of our team and students at our training academy. We value continual learning, but the wisdom and maturity from our seasoned providers is invaluable, and we make it our goal to provide place to utilize your skill set that you've worked so hard to build.

Bilingual Preferred

In Southern California we have a higher population of spanish speaking clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and professionally with these clients will ensure client loyalty and success. Though not required, it's always helpful to be able to assist these clients with bilingual staff.

Dual Licensed Massage & Esthetics

You're rare find in our industry, and if you only wish to perform massage and skin treatments, that's okay. Duties include all other responsibilities of our massage therapist and esthetician positions.

Salary & Perks:

 For the first 90 days, employees are paid $17 hourly for this probationary period. After first 90 days, promotions available as follows:

  • Esthetician: $20+ hourly
  • *Massage Therapist or Dual Licensed Esthetician: $20-25+ Hourly without probationary period needed
