By accessing, booking, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to both our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy in their entirety. Please note that any readings booked through our vendor, Arcana Astrology, are subject to their policies, which are detailed below.

 

Purpose of This Policy

This Refund Policy is designed to:


· Provide a clear understanding of your rights and obligations regarding refunds, returns, and cancellations.

· Supplement the Terms of Service (TOS) by offering detailed guidelines specific to cancellations, rescheduling, and product returns.

· Protect the interests of Le Bijou Holistic Spa and its Clients by ensuring fair and transparent practices.

 

Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to:


· All services offered at our physical location(s), virtual platforms, or through third-party affiliates.

· All retail products, gift cards, and prepaid packages sold by Le Bijou Holistic Spa.

· Any promotional offerings, discounts, or bundled packages.

By booking, purchasing, or using any of our services or products, you confirm the following:


  1. You have read and agreed to the Terms of Service (TOS) and this Refund Policy.
  2. You understand and accept the terms and conditions outlined in both documents.
  3. You waive any claims of misunderstanding or lack of awareness regarding these terms.


If you do not agree with this Refund Policy or our TOS, you are prohibited from booking or purchasing services or products from Le Bijou Holistic Spa. Your continued use of our services constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Policy, including any updates or amendments.


1. Deposits and Cancellations
  1. Deposits: A 50% deposit of the full service price (minimum $25) is required for all non-members at the time of booking. This deposit is only refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Members and package holders are exempt from deposits but are subject to the cancellation policy.
  2. Cancellation Policy: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in the deposit being forfeited. Members who cancel late will be charged 50% of the full service fee.
  3. No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice or arrive more than 5 minutes late will be marked as a no-show. No-shows will forfeit their deposit and must pay the full service fee upfront for future bookings.
2. Prepaid Packages
  1. Refunds: Unused services within prepaid packages are eligible for refunds. Used services will be deducted at their standard rate, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
  2. Non-Transferable: Prepaid packages cannot be transferred to another individual.
  3. Expiration: Prepaid packages expire 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated. Expired packages are not refundable.
3. Memberships
  1. Membership Charges: Membership auto-debits are generally non-refundable. However, memberships can be canceled up to 7 days before the next charge date without penalty.
  2. Benefits: Members enjoy up to 25% discounts on services, priority pre-booking, and exemption from deposits.
  3. Cancellations: The 24-hour cancellation policy applies to members as well, and late cancellations will result in charges equal to 50% of the full service fee.
4. Gift Cards
  1. Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
  2. Lost or Stolen Cards: Le Bijou Holistic Spa is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen gift cards.
5. Unsatisfactory Services
  1. Resolution: If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of the appointment. We will:


  1. Offer a complimentary redo service with another esthetician if applicable.
  2. Consider a partial or full refund if the issue is determined to be on our side. This decision is at management’s discretion.


6. Retail Product Returns
  1. Accepted Returns: Unopened and unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
  2. Non-Refundable: Opened or used products are non-refundable unless proven defective.
  3. Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
7. Promotions and Discounts
  1. Non-Refundable: Services purchased under promotions, discounts, or bundles are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  2. Bundled Packages: Refunds for bundled packages will be adjusted based on the discounted value of services already rendered.
8. Late Arrival Policy
  1. Arrival Time: Clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early. If you are late by more than 5 minutes, your service may be shortened or canceled, and you may be marked as a no-show.
  2. Accommodations: If the schedule allows, we will try to accommodate late arrivals; however, your service duration may be reduced to stay on schedule for subsequent clients.
9. Refund Processing Timeframes
  1. Refund Timelines: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  2. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.



10. Force Majeure
  1. Le Bijou Holistic Spa is not responsible for cancellations or service interruptions caused by unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Refunds for such events will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

12. Amendments and Updates

By booking or purchasing services or products, you affirm your understanding and acceptance of this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service.


Client Expectations & Requirements 


1.) All clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully, and all services and duties from staff shall be performed professionally. Le Bijou has a zero tolerance policy for any form of sexual harassment, innuendos, advancements, suggestive behavior or language, or intimidation and any attempt will result in immediate police involvement and a full charge of services.


2.) Non-members are required to leave a 50% deposit which is refunded only if canceled 24 hours or more before your appointment. You will be receiving text and email reminders both 48 hours and 2 hours before your appointment, please confirm your appointment through the prompts. Please be 5 minutes early to your appointment so you aren't late, as late clients may be marked a no-show and will not refunded their deposit. Additionally, no-show clients will be required to pay in full for future appointments. If we are able to accommodate your later arrival, your service may be cut short to be on time for the next client.


3.) All clients must arrive to their appointment clean and showered for the safety and sanitation of our staff and salon, especially for services involving private areas. 


4.) Le Bijou and our providers make no claims to heal, treat, or cure any illness. Please talk to your doctor about all medical concerns.
