Hair must be 1/4 inch to wax, about the length of a grain of rice. Do not shave for 2 weeks prior to your appointment. Be sure to tell your esthetician if you would like to leave a landing strip or triangle of hair behind!

You need at least 1/4 inch of hair to have a quality wax, typically this takes at least 2-3 weeks to grow this long.

Shaving between waxes causes sheathing, which can make the skin bleed and cause more discomfort than necessary during your wax. We recommend to only use waxing services once you begin your waxing journey. If you need to remove hair between waxes trimming with a hair trimmer is acceptable, just make sure you're hair is at least 1/4 inch again before your next wax.

Our wax is hypoallergenic and great for sensitive skin. We use a combination of professional hard wax (stripless) and soft wax (with strips) for most waxing services. Hard wax dries quickly and leaves no hair behind. We use soft wax for delicate areas such as eyebrows and the very top portion of the Brazilian area, as well as larger areas such as a back, or leg waxes. We also offer sugar paste waxing which is applied with a stick and used with a strip instead of the more painful sugar ball method, however sugaring is not good for thin hairs so we recommend it only for underarms and brazilians. You can indicate which wax you prefer on our client intake form when booking.

We only ask that you wear loose clothing and plan to avoid working out or swimming after your wax. Arrive a few minutes early to your appointment so you can text us while waiting in your car or outside. Please allow us to meet you out front and escort you back into the salon suite. 

Anytime the labia is waxed, it's considered a Brazilian wax. If you only want the area outside your bikini line waxed book a Bikini Line Wax. If you want the entire top portion including all hair outside the bikini line waxed please book a Full Bikini Wax. You can add on the tush as well. 

Yes, however you may experience more sensitivity to pain during your time of the month, so we recommend taking an ibuprofen 30 minutes before your appointment. You must also wear a tampon or cup for our estheticians to provide the best service. We can always provide you with an organic tampon. 

Pricing is fixed and we do not offer discounts based on how much hair you have, or how much hair you decide to leave behind. The timing of the service is the same even if you don't have much hair. Please reach out to our management if if you have questions.

YES! You must exfoliate the skin to prevent ingrowns on the Brazilian area. We offer exfoliating gloves and products for this purpose. Begin exfoliation two to three days after your appointment and continue to do so 2-3 times a week. Avoid working out or friction (sex) immediately after your wax, or be sure to cleanse the area gently afterwards as your skin may be more sensitive. 

We are Mother-Friendly business and we are happy to accommodate a well behaved child, or sleeping baby in the salon if you are unable to find a sitter. Active toddlers unable to sit still should be kept out of the salon for the safety of everyone involved. We only allow Service Animals into the building. A comfortable chair is provided for your partner in the lobby if you choose to bring them, but we would love for them to get a service too! 

Please let our estheticians know if you are under the age of 18 years old, or call ahead to confirm. It is always up to the discretion of the esthetician to decide if she will wax a minor, but typically confident teens are welcome. A parent signature may be required depending on the service requested.
